No Knead Bread

I love this bread for so many reasons. This super crusty and rustic making it perfect for paninis or dipping into soups, but also each time I make it I get a little lesson in patience. If you are looking to start making your own bread, this is a great recipe to start with because it so simple, requires no kneading, all you need is some time! 


No Knead Bread
3 cups bread flour
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp yeast
1 1/2 cup warm water

Mix until it comes together, but don’t worry about kneading it. Remove dough and grease the bowl before adding it back in. Cover with Saran Wrap and let it rise for 12-18 hours at room temp. Preheat oven and a large Dutch oven with lid to 450 degrees. Remove dough on a floured surface and shape into a circle. Place on parchment paper. Carefully remove preheated Dutch oven and lower parchment paper with bread inside. Put on lid and bake for 30 min. Remove lid and bake an additional 15 min.
