Ginger Terriyaki Stir Fry

I am a very pro carb kind of gal and that’s the only thing this lunch was missing because I was out of rice. This recipe also used one of my only meal prep techniques which is cooking up a ground protein at the beginning of the week to add to pizza, salads, wraps, or stirfrys!
 
Ginger Terriyaki Stir Fry 🥦🥒🥕
Olive oil
Sugar Snap Peas
Sliced zuchinni
Leftover butternut squash (you could use any medley of vegetables you have on hand)
1 cup any cooked ground protein, I used ground turkey
1 tbsp ginger
1 tbsp hoison
1 tbsp teriyaki
Sauté vegetables in olive oil until soft. Add protein and toss until heated through. Add ginger, hoisin, and teriyaki and toss until combined. Top with sesame seeds, fresh cilantro, and a squeeze of lime. Serve with rice or throw it on a salad!
