Energy Bites



Harvest is officially in full swing. This means I’m in charge of packing a whole new lunch for awhile! I want to make sure Adam is eating healthy but I don’t want him to dread opening his cooler. Enter the little bites..6 ingredients, healthy(ish), and very delicious. 

Peanut Butter Bites
3/4 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cup oats
1/3 cup honey
1/3 cup mini chocolate chips
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
2 tbsp ground flax seed
Mix it all together. Scoop it out with a tablespoon scoop and refrigerate. šŸŒ½šŸšœ
