Beef Stuffed Buns

Lately I’ve really been working on repurposing leftovers and also cooking beef. And in the words of Nicole Byer “NAILED IT”. It’s a good one and approved by farmer and five year old! 


Beef Stuffed Buns
1lb shredded beef roast
1/2 lime juiced
1/2 cup cilantro
1/4 cup basil
2 tbsp mint
1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
Combine all ingredients together and serve in lettuce wraps or in rice bowls.
OR
Open a can of biscuits, cut in half and roll out thin. Fill with 2-3tbsp of filling and fold up. Cook for 20 minutes in rice cooker on steam setting. Or for 8 min in the instant pot on steam setting with a quick release but keep lid on for additional 5 minutes.
